Stephen Fernando, ATMB, CL is the “King of Humor” in District 51. He was crowned as the Champion of the District 51 Humorous Speech Contest, 5 times. He also won the 2nd place in the InterDistrict qualifying round at the Toastmasters International Speech contest held at Reno, Nevada USA in 2004.
G. Sivalingam, DTM is an experienced professional speaker and trainer. He has conducted numerous educational workshops including Speech Evaluation workshops and has won several speaking awards including Division C Speech Evaluation Champion (1999 – 2000).
