Sacred Trip to Lembah Bujang March 29th 2014
The Bujang Valley or Lembah Bujang is a sprawling historical complex and has an area of approximately 224 square km. Situated near Merbok, Kedah, between Gunung Jerai in the north and Muda River in the south, it is the richest archaeological area in Malaysia
We will be spending all day there and leaving at about 3 pm to return to KL. There will be a talk about the site by a researcher who has studied it a great deal as well as a meditation by the river and time to play in the water. There is places to change if you wish to bathe in the river. So bring clothes and towels if you wish. We will be having lunch and tea at the site and dinner will be available on the way home we will stop and everyone can eat what you wish. Cost covers Breakfast, Lunch, tea break and the speaker who is giving us his knowledge about this site. Dinner is not included.
We are leaving so early because it is a 7 hour trip.
It is a comfortable 10 seaters MPV.

It is generally celebrated on New Moon in the month of Magha which falls on March 1 but it is celebrated in Malaysia on February 27. It is a very important day where if you lucky , You would able to see Lord Siva in His third eye. It is also the day where the Nagas worship Lord Shiva and because of their dedication , Lord Shiva given them the power to play a rule in our life like Naga Dhosam etc.

3 important things a Hindu should do

There are 3 things that a Hindu need to do regularly.
1. Worship daily at home. You can do a simple puja or elaborate puja . It depends on your capacity. Your puja may have simple chanting and mantras and singing of God's song , bhajans or devarams. After you puja , you can sit quietly and do your japa , repetition of God's name using your japa mala and then proceed for a meditation.
2. Go to temple regularly as possible. Can go to temple everyday or every week or every month or attend during festival time. It is all depends on your schedule but consistently doing it.
3. Go for Yatra , pilgrimage to temples . You can do it monthly Yatra or once in two months or once in 6 months or once a year. Going for Yatra will give you a "break" from your daily work which could be very demanding and stressful. It brings the creativity out of yourself and this creativity boost you to move forward in your daily routine work and business.
So work out the schedule in your daily life so that you are able to accomplish the 3 things that were mention above.
Time never waits for you. You have to make up the time.
